In order to allow these forms to function correctly, Quinta do Fundo uses a session cookie, consisting of a randomly generated identification number, which is deleted at the end of the session when the user closes their browser.

In compliance with the legal obligation to ensure the security of information systems, provided for in Article 32(1) of the GDPR, Quinta do Fundo processes personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the same law. It collects the following data from visitors to its website: date and time of consultation, IP address (Internet protocol), type of browser used by the visitor and the pages accessed. The personal data collected are not subject to any analysis, unless any security incidents occur, in which case, after analysis, they are communicated to the competent authorities.
