Casa da Quinta
The farmhouse, with a size of approximately 300 m2, consists of 5 suites with more than 20 m2 each and a common room, with about 120 m2, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
The lounge is an “open space” in which the kitchen and its supporting island, the dining room, which has the particularity of accommodating a table for 20 people, and the living room with various areas, fit harmoniously together. The house also has a small oratory and several reading areas. On the lower floor are the technical areas and the old mills, places with conditioned access.
Outside is the patio, a place with a very pleasant atmosphere as it has an imposing view of Our Lady of Grace and an unobstructed area of tables and armchairs, sheltered under the house’s ramada and surrounded by hydrangeas that multiply the already extraordinary palette of colors of the surrounding vegetation.
Access to the Quinta and Casa da Quinta is via a ramp from the municipal road, which runs through the property to the common parking lot, from where the arrows on the footpath should be followed to the reception, to collect the keys and then to the house.
Outside there is a beautifully landscaped area where tables, chairs and sun loungers invite you to stop for meals or long readings. The views over Monte Farinha and Alvão Park and the green of the surrounding vegetation are a reference to the tranquility and harmony of these spaces.
